This static site has no customer upload form, advertising tracker or account system. It stores your motion preference in your browser when you change it. Fonts come from this site. Hosting providers may keep ordinary technical request logs. Emailing us shares your address, message and any information you include.

Enquiries and accepted files

We use enquiry details to assess the product CSV scope, reply, deliver the cleaned CSV and its field-edit, exception, duplicate-removal and row-trace logs, and handle corrections or payment records. We use a dedicated Spacemail mailbox, software and AI tools; service providers may process information outside British Columbia. We agree a suitable way to share the sample or file and permission for this processing before payment.

The pilot accepts only non-sensitive product data you own or are authorized to share. Do not send credentials, customer details, student records, health information or private financial records. We do not sell contact lists or add enquiries to marketing campaigns.

Access, retention and requests

Access to working material is limited to fulfilment and agreed corrections. Accounting records are kept where legally required. Provider backup retention is separate from deletion of working copies.

Email us to request access, a correction or deletion. We review the request against open delivery, remedy and legal recordkeeping requirements, then confirm what we completed. Any specific retention arrangement must be agreed in writing.
