Before payment

An enquiry does not create a paid order. The introductory test price is C$19 for one accepted file. Before payment, the written agreement identifies the sample or file, scope, five field mappings, rules, total price including any applicable taxes, delivery time, correction terms and refund arrangements. We confirm processing capacity before accepting the order.

Accepted scope

One UTF-8 CSV of non-sensitive product data, no more than 500 records and 5 MB. The agreed mappings are SKU, name, price, currency and stock. Currency must be CAD or USD. You must own or have permission to submit the data and authorize the stated software- and AI-assisted processing.

The cleanup trims outer spaces, removes exact duplicate rows after trim, flags invalid values or conflicting SKUs, and preserves leading-zero SKU strings. We do not invent missing values, choose between conflicting prices, convert currencies or aggregate stock.

Outputs and corrections

Delivery is electronic: cleaned.csv plus four logs. The change log lists field edits in changes.csv; exceptions.csv identifies rows that need a decision; duplicates.csv records removed exact duplicates and the retained source record; provenance.csv traces every input record to its result. Check exception rows before using the data. When opening a spreadsheet, set the SKU column to text to retain leading zeros.

One correction on the same agreed file and scope may be requested within seven days of receipt. New input, mappings, rules or work are a separate enquiry. This pilot does not promise instant or unattended delivery.

Delivery problems and refunds

If the agreed deliverable cannot be supplied, we pause new work and resolve a revised delivery agreement or refund through the original payment route. A correction is the first remedy for a fixable output error. No blanket no-refund rule applies; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Limits

Outputs use a generic CSV schema. Storefront imports, importer compatibility certification, live-store access, production edits, sensitive records and ongoing maintenance are excluded. The fictional samples are demonstrations, not customer results or a guarantee of sales, accuracy of supplier facts or earnings.
